Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an In House Greeter at our premier resort in the heart of Las Vegas! Were seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual to be the first point of contact for our valued guests setting the tone for their exceptional stay with us.
- Welcome guests with a warm energetic greeting and a genuine smile
- Provide informative and friendly assistance with the checkin process
- Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions
- Enter guest information accurately into our computer systems
- Direct guests to appropriate areas within the resort
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support their appointments
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
- Anticipate and address guest needs proactively
- Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Multilingual skills are a plus particularly Spanish
- Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and amenities is beneficial
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light luggage if needed
