You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEducation and Work Experience Requirements:$Excellent verbal & written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.$Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service$Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.Mandatory Skills:$Handson working knowledge in SAP Customer Service.$Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.$Work experience in Implementation Projects.$Knowledge in interfaces (EDI API etc..).$Able to understand business processes ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery.$Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams.$Able to actively support business users.$Exposure of S/4 HANA & Fiori Apps.Good to have skills :$Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims.$Work experience in Rollout Projects.$Ability to review the business blueprint functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during golive phases.

B.E or B.Tech
