Job Description
We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. Responsibility:
Financial & Management Reporting:
Prepare financial statements management reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with IFRS legal requirements and Vietnam local regulations.
Review company financial reports identify costsaving opportunities and support strategic decisionmaking.
Accounting Operations:
Maintain full sets of accounts and oversee reconciliation processes.
Manage billing payment processing and cash flow.
Handle tax filings (e.g. VAT corporate income tax) and liaise with tax agents auditors and regulators.
Audit & Compliance:
Manage the audit process ensuring financial records align with IFRS and group policies.
Maintain master data and system controls for accounting software.
Requirement:
Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA ACCA or CA preferred.
Experience: 46 years in accounting/finance or 45 years in audit; prior fullset
accounting and management reporting experience required.
Proficient in Excel (e.g. VBA Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g. Navision).
Strong analytical problemsolving and management skills.
High attention to detail accuracy and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal communication.
