Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Asset Manager to join the team at one of the largest taxi groups in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the electric vehicle (EV) fleet for rental services and the assets belonging to the ecosystem of purchasing cars for rental services as well as EV charging stations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the EV rental fleet
- Develop and implement processes and policies related to asset management
- Monitor and report on the performance of assets including vehicles and charging stations
- Plan and execute routine maintenance and repairs for assets
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure optimal asset utilization
- Manage budgets and expenses related to asset operations and maintenance
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
- Perform adhoc asset management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management preferably in the transportation or car rental industry
- Indepth understanding of fleet management and maintenance processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related asset management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel when necessary
