Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist

About the Role:
We’re seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives manage diverse client campaigns and elevate our brand presence. We want someone who isn’t afraid to push the pedal and consistently look outside the box. If you’re a critical thinker with a hunger for results this is the role for you!
You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns from front to back analyzing data and driving strategic marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a highly driven manager who is proactive wellresearched and capable of managing multiple projects across a range of digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple large and small client campaigns simultaneously ensuring ontime delivery budget management and highquality outcomes.
    • Develop media kits proposals and client reports.
  • Content/Performance Marketing & Creative Direction:
    • Lead content strategy across a variety of formats including short to longform articles ads and video content.
    • Manage both inhouse and outsourced creative teams.
    • Seek and manage affiliate partners content syndication and sponsorships.
  • Web Design & Development:
    • Lead UX/UI design projects and manage website development to ensure seamless engaging user experiences.
    • Bonus if you have WordPress/PHP/web experience.
  • Client Campaign Management:
    • Design launch and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn and others.
    • Drive traffic through syndication networks like Taboola Dianomi Outbrain and others.
    • Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as cost per lead clickthrough rates and ROI.
  • SEO Expertise:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies using tools like Ahrefs SEMrush and UberSuggest.
    • Track rankings traffic and conversion metrics while improving website traffic and lead generation strategies.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Tableau and others.
    • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance market trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Liaison:
    • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and communicate performance metrics effectively.
    • Manage client expectations ensuring satisfaction and results.
  • Budget Management:
    • Handle and speak to largescale budgets efficiently ensuring maximum ROI on ad spend and campaign investments.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: A strong background in SEO PPC and content marketing. You’re a wizard with SEO tools Google Analytics and other performance tracking platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire crossfunctional teams (designers developers copywriters) keeping them motivated and on track.
  • Project Management Expertise: You excel at managing multiple client campaigns juggling priorities and delivering results with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Technical KnowHow: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. MailChimp) and analytics tools (Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs). Bonus if you’re comfortable with Tableau.
  • Creative Vision: You can conceptualize or direct creative projects from video and photo production to 3D assets.
  • Strategic Mindset: You can craft holistic marketing strategies that align with client goals while driving measurable results.
  • Drive & Ambition: We need a selfstarter who consistently pushes the envelope and is hungry to innovate. A true critical thinker who is wellresearched and brings fresh strategic insights to the table. You’re someone who thrives on going beyond your stated responsibilities to make things happen.

Bonus Skills (Not Required But a Plus):
  • Tableau Expertise: Demonstrated ability to work with data visualization tools to present client budgets spending reports and campaign analysis.
  • Web Design & Development: Experience building landing pages or managing web design projects.
