Job Description

Engineering Manager Fullstack Low Code Development

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers/developers focused on fullstack and lowcode platform development.
Oversee the design architecture and implementation of secure and scalable solutions for trading applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align engineering projects with business goals.
Ensure development excellence by implementing best practices in CI/CD pipelines code quality and security.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools and methodologies such as GitHub Copilot and advanced security measures.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 8 10 years in software development or engineering with at least 3 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven expertise in fullstack development and lowcode platforms like OutSystems Mendix or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of software architecture cloud technologies and DevOps.
Experience with AIdriven development tools CI/CD pipelines and advanced security protocols.
Familiarity with fintech or trading platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
Handson experience with GitHub Actions market data integration and financial services compliance.
Knowledge of trading systems including mobile and webbased applications.
