Job Description
Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications including deployment monitoring maintenance and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Architect implement and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD processes
- Manage and optimize cloudbased environments in AWS
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate deployments
- Orchestrating and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Administer and maintain GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability security efficiency and scalability of the environment
- Documents existing processes
- Applies good communication skills with team and client interaction.
Qualifications :
- Solid handson experience building and managing AWS infrastructure
- Experience with infrastructureascode through tools like Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation
- Handson experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Indepth knowledge of GitLab Github Azure DevOps Teamcity or similar for version control and CI/CD
- Excellent scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python or similar)
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Applied experience as lead mentor and/ or coach would be a pluse.
