We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent aboard La Dolce Vita Orient Express. This position is key to ensuring that our guests have a seamless and unforgettable experience embodying the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Ambassador of La Dolce Vita Orient Express providing a warm welcome and personalized service to our guests.
- Manage concierge services guest reservations and correspondence handling special requests with attention to detail.
- Oversee checkin and checkout procedures ensuring a smooth guest journey.
- Possess indepth product knowledge to provide accurate information about our journeys and experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with teams to continuously enhance the experience.
- Uphold the Orient Express brand standards ensuring professionalism and excellence at all times.
Qualifications :
