Pay Rate $18/h to $20/h
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to customers by researching resolving and responding to inquiries in a timely professional and customerfocused manner
Administer HR processes such as tactical processes related to the talent acquisition process internal transfer activities company organizational management employee record maintenance and University class administration
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Participate in continuous improvement projects propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists within the HROC on process improvements and escalation resolution

What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences):
Experience in HR processes or HR operations role
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working within Success Factor system modules (i.e. Learning Administration Employee Profile Recruiting Onboarding etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Education
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or similar discipline
