Position: IT Deployment and Testing Technician
Location: Wilson NC (27893) & Greenville NC (27834)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Deployment and Testing Technician to support our IT infrastructure and clinical systems. This role involves deploying and configuring hardware performing software installations and conducting testing to ensure systems are ready for use. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical and administrative staff while providing troubleshooting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure desktops laptops peripherals and printers.
- Perform software installations and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct endtoend testing for Epic workflows and document results.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist with user training and maintain accurate records of deployments.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in deploying and configuring Windowsbased systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and workflows.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- IT certifications like CompTIA A or Network are a plus.
