Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee ERP Payroll implementations and enhancements. This role involves collaborating with various state agencies and vendors to ensure successful project delivery while improving processes and overall productivity. The ideal candidate will excel in managing project scopes timelines and stakeholder communications.
- 5 years of experience managing Payroll on ERP Cloud Solutions (Workday Oracle Infor SAP S4/HANA).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Expertise in building project plans identifying HCM business requirements and facilitating testing and training.
- Strong analytical communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
