Seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our German team where your expertise will shine through guiding newcomers gathering client requirements and delivering exceptional solutions. With strong technical and functional consulting skills youll play a pivotal role in presales activities workshops and knowledge sharing driving innovation and making a lasting impact. Join us and unleash your ServiceNow experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You must be willing to relocate to Germany to collaborate with our teams in Stuttgart Frankfurt or Munich.
As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant expect following responsibilities:
- Design develop test and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications
- Stay uptodate with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- working with clients to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each consulting project.
- Be the wizard of project delivery adapting to client needs with a touch of pragmatism
Qualifications :
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and one or more of its modules including ITSM ITOM HR PPM IRM SecOps and CSM
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and share knowledge through presentations and training materials
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Proficiency in German and English language
- Willingness to relocate to Germany

- Project management skills and experience delivering successful projects
