Job Description
What were looking for:
- An unbridled passion for food and love for sharing your food stories with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of South East Asia cuisine are preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams your lead by example approach will be infectious
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
- Be a calming influence in the midst of a fastpaced environment with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
- Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
- Provide guidance support training and leadership to all team members.
- Be a progressive creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an everchanging environment.
Qualifications :
- Previous supervisor experience
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated highquality service standard
