ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a talented and driven LPG Trader to join our team in China. For Shanghai its wfh/onsite for Guangzhou its wfh. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a profitable trading portfolio for liquefied petroleum gas while ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations. The ideal candidate will possess deep market expertise strategic acumen and excellent relationship management skills to drive success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement strategic programs to penetrate targeted accounts in the LPG trading industry within the assigned country and region.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the LPG trading market.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities.
Provide constructive recommendations based on market insights to enhance business strategies.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers customers and logistics partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
Monitor and manage outstanding payments ensuring timely collections and resolving any payment issues.
Work closely with all departments and network partners in different countries to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure all customer trading terms and agreements are met.
Negotiate customer trading terms with prior agreement from the management team.
Ensure that all customer requests for discounts allowances and promotional spends are within agreed parameters and approved by the finance department.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements company policies and ethical trading standards.
Manage trading books execute LPG trading activities (both physical and derivatives trading) and align with the company s risk management strategies.
Profile Requirements
Excellent command of English and Mandarin both written and oral.
Bachelor s degree or above in Business Economics Energy Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in LPG or energy trading preferably in an international trading environment.
Indepth knowledge of LPG markets supply chains pricing mechanisms and regulatory frameworks in China and globally.
Highly developed sales trading and negotiation abilities.
Strong business acumen with the capability to analyze and capitalize on market opportunities.
Excellent communication market analysis and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced trading environment.
