Job Description
- In the engineroom of the kitchen youll provide our inspirational chefs with the vital service of a clean and hygienic space along with clean crockery.
- While experience in kitchen environment is preferred we are ultimately looking for a person with a cando attitude and who is able to work under pressure and as part of a dedicated team.
- The ability to multitask and organise your workspace while maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards appropriate to NZ food safety will be key for this role.
- You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand
Qualifications :
- This role is physical you will be on your feet and lifting items so being comfortable with this is imperative
- You will need a strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- You can work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment with effective time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / hotel environment is advantageous
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early morning late evenings and weekends.
- You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand
