Senior Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Manager with handson experience using CMS tools to oversee the development implementation and optimization of our content strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling engaging content that aligns with our brand voice supports business objectives and engages our target audience.

Your Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development:

• Write informative wellresearched and accurate content around the topic of finance.
• Conduct content audits and competitive research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing design SEO product etc.) to ensure content aligns with business initiatives.
• Support with our ongoing CMS migration (Storyblock to ContentStack)

Content Creation and Management:

• Write edit and proofread highquality content for various platforms including websites blogs social media email campaigns and more.
• Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across channels.
• Manage and develop content for internal and external communications ensuring consistency with the brands voice and tone.

Content Optimization:

• Optimize content for SEO user experience and engagement.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics (traffic engagement conversions etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing on content and implement findings to improve performance.

Content Distribution:

• Manage content distribution across various channels including social media email newsletters and thirdparty platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify content reach through paid and organic channels.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze content performance metrics (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Report on content metrics regularly to key stakeholders and provide insights for future strategy.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
• At least 5 years of content marketing journalistic or editorial experience ideally with an online medium or in the financial sector (Financial / FinTech experience would be an advantage).
• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for storytelling and content strategy.
• Handson experience with CMS tools.Nice to have: Handson experience with Contentstack.
