Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our growing company. This role will focus on driving business development and sales growth in IT consultancy services across Europe with particular emphasis on major European business hubs like DACH UK the Netherlands and Scandinavia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European IT consultancy market and a proven track record in generating leads managing the full sales cycle and developing longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive business development and sales growth for CODETIQs IT consultancy services.
Lead Generation & Sales Cycle: Identify and generate new business opportunities manage the full sales cycle build and nurture client relationships and close deals.
Client Strategy: Develop and implement longterm strategies for client growth retention and satisfaction.
Solution Presentation: Understand client needs and effectively present CODETIQs solutions including cloud services analytics custom app development and project services (PM QA DevOps etc.).
Partnerships: Leverage relationships with key technology partners (Microsoft AWS Oracle Google IBM etc.) for joint opportunities and lead generation.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT services including cloud solutions analytics custom development and project management. Proven experience in selling IT services ideally with a focus on specific technology areas like cloud computing DevOps analytics and custom applications.
Industry Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the European IT consultancy and technology services market. Awareness of key industry trends competitors and the latest client needs.
Network & Partnerships: Established connections with major technology companies (Microsoft AWS Google Oracle IBM etc.). A robust professional network within industries such as finance healthcare manufacturing and technology.
Commitment: Fully committed to CODETIQ with no multicompany agency work. Selfmotivated entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously to find develop and close opportunities with clients.
Required Skills: Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Consultative selling approach with the ability to translate technical solutions for nontechnical stakeholders. Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Motivational Attributes: Highly selfdriven and entrepreneurial mindset. Able to work independently and develop sales processes from the ground up. Hungry for success and eager to exceed sales targets.
KPIs & Goals: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
