Job Description
To fulfill the business needs of all Inter IKEA Group companies in Sweden we are leading building projects from start to finish optimizing and developing our business locations as well as strategically plan and develop lmhult and IKEA in lmhult with places and spaces for future development.
In this role you will be the professional speaking partner with all decision makers and you will lead the dialogue with authorities consultants suppliers and contractors with the aim of finding the way for smart and strategic development. You will have the main responsibility to lead the Business Location team and all aspects when it comes to operations running and planned maintenance projects and property development including places and spaces development both together with IKEA stakeholders and decision makers as well as the commune and other external partners. You have the budget responsibility and have the responsibility to assure compliancy of legal frameworks and guidelines.
You are also a member and key player in the IKEA lmhult AB management team and a strong contributor in building towards our future direction and our common objectives.
The Business Location and Property organization today consists of 25 people among specialists project leaders and leaders within the area of facility and project development.
You will report to the Managing Director of IKEA lmhult AB.
