Job Description

Role Summary:

The Group Real Estate & Workplace team supports over 40 locations across UK&I APAC and EMEA regions. The Lease Administrator is responsible for the management of the lease management system engaging primarily with the RE&W group finance and external Real Estate brokers.

 

You will be responsible for several tasks as per below:

  • Update and maintain the lease management system developing system functionality as per business needs
  • Monitor critical lease events including lease end dates renewal options and termination deadlines
  • Review of service charge costs ensuring they are aligned to the budget and lease agreements
  • Review lease payments and process on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Calculate rent adjustments based on CPI changes as stipulated in the lease agreements
  • Compile lease abstracts and maintain a central library for archived lease documentation
  • Prepare and compile a variety of weekly monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Triage incoming lease information requests and questions
  • Work closely with Real Estate team and global partners to ensure databases and records are valid and updated

Qualifications :

More About You:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in lease management or real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as the role required you to support global countries and managing global stakeholders
  • Good level of knowledge of Visual Lease or alternative lease management systems
  • Passion for quality has an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage a very busy workload efficiently and to priorities key tasks
  • Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of key packages including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
