- Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
- Assisting HR manager with data entryrecord maintenance payroll processing and provide clerical support to HR team.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Schedule meetings interviews HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees handle new hire paperwork and assist with workstation setup.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support benefits enrollment and address benefitsrelated inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree HR or admin experience familiarity with HR software.
