Advanced User for HM 3PL Logistics Site full time permanent

We are currently seeking an Advanced User to join our new H&M 3PL distribution center (DC) focused on retail replenishment in Ploiesti near Bucharest Romania.

As an Advanced User you provide an efficient and smooth system support to daytoday 3PLs operations ensuring compliance to system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.

Main Responsibilities

• Support end users in the daytoday work and act as an advanced system user across all operational departments:
  • Conduct system cleanup and system routines.
  • Support 3PL team leaders on daily systemrelated issues.
  • Feedback to System Specialists.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting.
• Maximize operational excellence quality and efficiency by ensuring systemrelated best practice guidelines are followed all flow systems are working and IT system related procedures are implemented.
• Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/or need for the warehouse operations.
• Responsible for training end users and team leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement.
• Provide support for additional activities for EU and nonEU markets.
• Manage Anaf / UIT and other related systems.
• Oversee hardware (scanners printers etc.) and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Perform error checks and ensure accurate stock control.
• Prepare tags and labels with prices.

Qualifications :

• Understanding of both inbound & outbound operations processes and cost drivers.
• Solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates technology related development needs priorities and projects/rollouts.
• Ability to understand and apply new system features/updates within a given time frame.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Good command of Romanian and English both in written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate and cocreate with others.
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.
• Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity.
• Ability to understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture.

Additional Information :

This role is a fulltime position starting as soon as possible with direct reporting to the DC Manager. The role is based in Ploiesti near Bucharest.
