Job Description
- Define technical processes and manufacturing equipment support sourcing
- MAE design with observing BPS concepts (lean line concept value stream) general production concepts
- Capacity calculation cycle time diagrams
- Support of product and line relocation rampup schedule with AE management leadplant transferring plant and project leaders
- Creation of work instructions
- preparation and coordination technical approvals and releases
- Support start of production rampup and running series
- Support in production PointCIPs and series production support teams (including support with issues on yield quality delivery cycle time failure analysis)
- Optimize processes to increase quality and utilization by use of statistical methods as statistic process control (SPC)
- Experience in automatically optical inspection is a plus
- Understanding of camera inspection systems and programing is a plus
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Studies: Mechanical/electromechanical Engineering (university degree)
Necessary experience:
- Manufacturing of series production in automotive industry
- optical inspection systems itsystems network mechanical design pneumatic electrotechnic; statisical methods preparation of machine specifications lean production systems ergonomic workplace design
- Problem solving
- Preparation of documentation for production
- FMEA control plan
