Sales Representative Building Services & Construction
$base commissions (75% of commission guaranteed in the first year)
Bridgeport NJ / Pennsylvania

Job Description
  • The position allows for remote and facetoface sales activities offering geographical flexibility within Bridgeport NJ and Pennsylvania
  • Engage in sales to new and existing customers utilizing crossselling upselling and repeat sales strategies.
  • Identify and assess potential sales opportunities crafting medium to longterm sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales.
  • Drive towards achieving monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management.
  • Develop sales proposals conduct product demonstrations and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

MustHaves
  • Business development prospecting and pipeline growth experience
  • Understanding of power generation and temperature control equipment and their applications
  • Understanding the market opportunities and knowledge of the territory
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million highlighting strong sales capabilities
  • Possess a general understanding of power generators diesel engines electrical distribution equipment energy storage and load banks contributing to informed sales discussions.

NiceToHaves
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Technical background or trade school in Power generation and HVAC/Temperature control equipment
  • An existing book of business or contacts within a network of clients in the building and construction sector
  • Technical solutions selling experience
