Position: Production Support Analyst
Location: Woodland Hills CA / Atlanta GA / Richmond VA / Mason OH
Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview:
  • Production Support Analyst (Claims Processing & Monitoring) is responsible for overseeing and managing various operational tasks related to claims processing.
  • This role involves monitoring job executions troubleshooting failures and ensuring smooth workflow execution within the claims processing lifecycle.
  • The analyst will work closely with different teams to support preadjudication monitoring payment jobs and OTVM transactions.
  • Additionally they will be responsible for performance tuning incident analysis and maintaining compliance through audit evidence packages.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare claims processing systems including OTVM and Facets is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tidal Job Monitoring: Oversee job execution troubleshoot failures and ensure job completion.
  • New Alerts & Agents: Set up and manage system alerts and agent configurations.
  • PreAdjudication Monitoring: Monitor preadjudication processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Payment Jobs: Provide support for paymentrelated batch jobs.
  • OTVM Monitoring Support: Track and troubleshoot OTVMrelated transactions.
  • Adjudication Support: Assist in claim adjudication processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Recon & Audit Controls Execution: Perform reconciliation and audit control tasks.
  • Claims Research & Paper Claims Process: Investigate claim discrepancies and process paper claims.
  • Audit Evidence Packages: Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Performance Tuning & Optimization Support: Enhance system performance and optimize processes.
  • SOP Documentation & Maintenance: Develop and update standard operating procedures.
  • Flexclone Support: Manage and troubleshoot Flexclone environments.
  • Latency & Throughput Monitoring: Ensure optimal system performance and response times.
  • Troubleshooting & Recovery: Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Running Internal SWAT & TOC SWAT Participation: Participate in SWAT teams for critical issue resolution.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Preventative Action Tracking: Identify root causes and track preventative measures.
  • Internal Corrective Action Plans: Implement corrective actions to mitigate recurring issues.
  • Incident Analysis & Reporting: Analyze incidents and generate detailed reports.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in production support with a focus on monitoring troubleshooting and optimizing largescale enterprise systems.
  • Proven expertise in managing and monitoring Tidal job scheduling systems for efficient batch processing and troubleshooting failures.
  • Handson experience with Tidal Informatica SQL Server Oracle SQL Developer Tableau for job monitoring data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SNOW (ServiceNow) for incident and change management workflows.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite for documentation and communication ensuring streamlined operational processes.
  • Experience in IT operations and claims processing.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claim processing systems and workflows.
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting largescale enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Domain Knowledge:
  • OTVM (Optum Transaction Validation Management) Essential for handling healthcare transactions.
  • Facets Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and management.
  • Claims Flow (Most Important) Understanding the endtoend claims processing lifecycle.
  • Claim Processing Handson experience in handling healthcare claims troubleshooting and ensuring compliance
