Executive Assistant & Office Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. This remote role is ideal for someone based in the Philippines who thrives in a fastpaced environment excels at multitasking and takes pride in optimizing workflows. You will work with a dynamic Canadian company and play a key role in supporting our operations.
Work hours: US ET 8AM 5PM with small degree of flexibility 40hr/week
Package: 1500USD
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Delegation and Outsourcing: Identify and assign lowervalue tasks to appropriate team members or external resources to enhance productivity.
- Diary Management: Travel itineraries meeting and conference booking and availability working directly with and for COO
- Inbox Management: Filter prioritize and organize email correspondence to maintain efficiency and focus.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operations improve task tracking and reduce bottlenecks.
- Basic Financial Administrative tasks: including invoicing expense management and consolidation bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- A highly developed EQ
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
