Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual who excels at multitasking and has a passion for marketing design and customer engagement. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts creating visually appealing content assisting with customer support and providing virtual assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Design:
Create engaging and onbrand visual content using Canva for social media email campaigns advertisements and other marketing materials.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Manage and schedule social media posts ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email chat or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Virtual Assistance:
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings managing calendars and organizing files.
Assist with email management data entry and other tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Canva and other design tools to create highquality visual content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and team members effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn).
Experience in customer support or a customerfacing role is a plus.
Techsavvy with familiarity in tools like Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Trello Asana).
Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
