Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual who excels at multitasking and has a passion for marketing design and customer engagement. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts creating visually appealing content assisting with customer support and providing virtual assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Design:

    • Create engaging and onbrand visual content using Canva for social media email campaigns advertisements and other marketing materials.

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

    • Manage and schedule social media posts ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat or social media in a timely and professional manner.

    • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.

    • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Virtual Assistance:

    • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings managing calendars and organizing files.

    • Assist with email management data entry and other tasks to ensure efficient operations.

    • Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Canva and other design tools to create highquality visual content.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and team members effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn).

  • Experience in customer support or a customerfacing role is a plus.

  • Techsavvy with familiarity in tools like Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Trello Asana).

  • Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
