Tasks
- Define product vision strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a datadriven and intuitive interface.
- Develop feature requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
- Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
- Monitor app performance analytics and KPIs to drive datainformed decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies.
- Oversee endtoend app operations including deployment maintenance and customer support.
- Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
- Manage partnerships with thirdparty service providers (e.g. API vendors cloud platforms).
- Work with sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
- Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR SOC 2).
- Develop training materials documentation and onboarding processes for users.
- Track operational metrics SLA compliance and overall app stability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
- Bachelors Degree in a business or managementrelated field preferred
- Great command of English German or Russian is considered a plus
