Independent Sales Agent (Remote/Hybrid Local Candidates Preferred)

About the Role

As an Independent Sales Agent youll take charge of identifying engaging and securing new business opportunities while also driving upsells and renewals. Youll work closely with the Director of Operations to structure competitive project estimates and ensure smooth client onboarding. With a commission model designed for longterm earnings this role rewards proactive resultsdriven sales professionals who are eager to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and close new sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to drive revenue and longterm retention.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts that align with profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to create accurate estimates and project proposals.
  • Strategically identify upsell and renewal opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Maintain detailed sales records to ensure commission tracking and eligibility.
  • Operate as a 1099 independent contractor while aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong ability to generate leads negotiate deals and close contracts.
  • A selfmotivated independent approach to managing the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Prior experience in a commissionbased or performancedriven sales role preferred.
  • Must be local to the area though work will be remote/hybrid.
