Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Sparks NV
- Routing (Cisco OSPF BGP iWAN) Switching (Cisco Nexus and Stack switches) Wireless (Cisco WLC) Firewall (Cisco ASA/FP Checkpoint & Palo Alto VPN Zscaler) SD WAN Cisco ACI Prime ISE DNAC Azure Networking.
- Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration enterprise wireless cloud administration (AZURE) SD WAN administration and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
- Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
- Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds Panorama Prime Cisco DNA Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
- Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
- Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP OSPF MPLS etc.) required.
- Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto Check Point Fortinet etc.) desirable.
- Experience with cloud (AWS Azure GC) networks and/or se curity desirable.
