We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting toptier talent to our organization. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing recruiting and social media to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various roles in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards social media platforms (LinkedIn Twitter etc.) and professional networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Market mapping: Identifying and mapping target companies to create talent pool lists for hard to find and in demand talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review profiles resumes and cover letters conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates suitability for specific roles based on their skills experience and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases track candidate progress through the recruitment process and provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our companys reputation as an attractive place to work.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends labour market conditions and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruiting across the UK and Europe
- Previous proven experience hiring across highly technical engineering roles
- Demonstrable understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) LinkedIn tools Boolean searching and sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of various industries and job markets
- Experience of working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast faced high growth environment
- Experience of passive sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural curiosity and tenacity
- Ability to influence with data and insights
