Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through coldcalling networking and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and recommend wireless solutions including plans data services and devices.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales skills and participate in training sessions.
- Use sales automation tools to manage leads sales pipelines and forecast sales activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the SMB teams success.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 1 years of successful sales experience preferably in new customer acquisition or a commissioned sales environment
- Telecommunications and technology sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in proposal writing and sales quoting is a plus
- Effective communication and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
