Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience in Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in English. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data science solutions that drive business value and impact society positively.
Responsibilities:
MS/PhD in engineering or compute intensive physics/math/basic sciences
23 years enterprise experience preferably as a seniorDS or MLE.
Strong python and SQL
Someone who is willing and proficient in hands on coding and willing to wear many hats
Lead the design and implementation of data science solutions to address complex business challenges.
Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure the scalability and performance of data science solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for data science processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science practices within the organization.
Drive innovation by exploring new techniques and technologies in data science.
Qualifications:
Possess a strong background in data science with 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in machine learning statistical analysis and data visualization.
Have experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Show expertise in using data science tools and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
Exhibit strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
Have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Display a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Be detailoriented and committed to delivering highquality results.
Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge.
Demonstrate experience in working with large datasets and cloud platforms.
Have a solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Possess a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and impact society positively.
