Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

App Rationalization:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the current application portfolio identifying redundant obsolete or underutilized systems.
  • Analyse the lifecycle performance and value of existing applications to guide decisions on retirement consolidation replacement or optimization.
  • Support the development of roadmaps and strategies to streamline the application portfolio ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.

Business Architecture Support:

  • Assist in the creation and documentation of business architecture models aligning business processes with technology solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements system dependencies and pain points in current workflows.
  • Ensure that technology solutions and application rationalization efforts align with the overall business architecture framework.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum of10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on application portfolio management business architecture and/or IT strategy.
  • Proven experience in app rationalization or business architecture efforts especially in large complex organizations or public sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes systems integration and the software development lifecycle.
