Job Description
Title: Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager
Location: Remote
Work Authorization : USC
Job Description:
- Establishing program goals and visions
- Developing the Program Charter
- Assigning managing and/or coordinating Project Managers
- Validating business requirements
- Understanding the current customer environment and assessing the requirements to successfully transform from the current to the future solution
- Overseeing the development and execution of additional program functions including o Program management Plano Program scheduling sequencing dependencies timelines and staffing plan including:
- Procurement Provisioning Data center / site readiness & installation
- User deployment & migration Cost management Plano Contingency planso Risk management plan and escalation pathso Communications plano Change management plan
- Lead project team members in detailed planning and execution
- Develop and execute project functions
- Project scheduling sequencing dependencies timelines and staffing plan including Procurement Site engagement/kickoff Facilitate site data collectiono Site readiness and installation Operational turnover
- Communicate with various bank personnel and thirdparty providers to manage endtoend projects dealing with bank network and infrastructure.
- Manage one or more crossfunctional projects/engagements of medium to high complexity.
- Responsible for overall coordination status reporting and stability of projectoriented work efforts.
- Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Work from detailed work plans schedules project estimates and status reports.
- Facilitate standard process procedures and controls.
- Attend project/engagement meetings and is responsible for project task tracking
- Communicate to internal and external program stakeholders.
- Provide executive reporting of program status.
