Roles & Responsibilities
- At least 8 years experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.
- Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco InContact MS teams Polycom SBC)
- Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom Cisco SPA and ATA etc.)
- Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
- Flexible to work during weekends/ off business hours. Technical coordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support
