Job Description
Reporting Lead Power Bi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting and analytics function for NJRs IT transformation project.
- Develop & enhance reports using Power BI and Azure Data Factory (musthave).
- Integrate reporting solutions across SAP S4 HANA (nicetohave).
- Ensure security & compliance managing data encryption & transmission standards.
- Collaborate with Cognizants reporting team and internal NJR stakeholders.
- Own and drive projectsnot just execute assigned tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Handson and proactivecan take ownership without constant direction.
Strong Power BI & Azure Data Factory expertise.
Any exposure to SAP S4 HANA and exposure to SAP reporting tools.
Comfortable working crossfunctionally with IT security and business teams.
Strong grasp of DAX for complex reporting logic in Power BI.
ETL & Data Modeling experienceproficiency in SQL Server & Azure Synapse a plus.
Experience working in highly regulated environments (utilities finance etc.).
This candidate must be independent solutionsdriven and able to lead reporting initiatives without excessive handholding. If they need to be constantly reminded of tasks they are not the right fit.
