Job Description
Exciting and rapidly growing brand that combines premium gourmet hot dogs with rich handcrafted ice cream. Our fun familyfriendly environment highquality ingredients and strong brand presence make us a standout in the fastcasual dining industry. As we expand we are looking for passionate entrepreneurs to join our franchise network and bring our experience to new communities.
Existing Franchise locations are available in Racine WI and Elkhorn WI.
Franchisee Role Overview:
As a Franchisee you will be an independent business owner operating under the established brand leveraging our proven business model to drive success in your location. You will oversee daily operations ensure highquality customer service manage staff and implement local marketing strategies while adhering to the brands operational and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and operate a franchise location following the companys business model and brand guidelines.

Hire train and manage a team of employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Oversee financial performance including sales costs and profitability while maintaining financial integrity.

Implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to your location.

Ensure compliance with food safety health regulations and company policies.

Maintain inventory manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Engage with the community to foster brand loyalty and enhance customer engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who are:

Passionate about food customer service and delivering a memorable dining experience.

Experienced in restaurant management business ownership or entrepreneurship (preferred but not required).

Financially capable of investing in a franchise opportunity and managing operational expenses.

Strong leaders with excellent communication management and problemsolving skills.

Dedicated to upholding brand standards and maintaining consistency in operations.

Highly motivated handson and eager to grow with the brand.
