We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Program Leader Consultant with a proven track record in managing and supporting complex Global SAP S4 implementations of the Global Supply Chain modules and communication between other modules like Finance HR Manufacturing Customer and BI. As an ERP Transformation Senior Manager you will serve as a servant leader and coach for the North America Global Supply Chain team guiding and facilitating work across all global supply chain domains. This role is instrumental in managing a portfolio of projects driving change management optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and drive complex SAP Digital Transformation initiatives across the North American landscape.
- Oversee the transition from legacy ERPs to SAP S/4HANA ensuring a streamlined and efficient transformation.
- Develop and implement standardized program management processes to ensure consistency and best practices in execution.
- Identify and integrate project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion change management efforts ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor mentor and consultant guiding teams in the effective application of project management methodologies.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance project management capabilities.
- Establish and maintain knowledge repositories and resources to support project teams.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of program management practices.
- Continuously benchmark and improve PM processes standards and tools based on industry best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between Program Managers Core Teams Functional Managers and Leadership Teams to optimize processes and execution.
- Coach stakeholders at all levels including Project Steering Committees to enhance process competencies and execution.
- Manage largescale complex projects/programs as needed.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout project lifecycles.
- Escalate and track impediments ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide strategic input on resource allocation to address critical bottlenecks.
