Job Description

With CAREs digital health platform we offer scalable solutions that go far beyond traditional prevention. Our app enables preventive health monitoring supports selfmanagement and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Regular health checks and risk factor analyses help detect potential issues early and prevent longterm costs.
Tasks
As a UX/UI Designer you will play a critical role in defining the design direction of our CARE App and digital ecosystem. We are looking for a worldclass UI/UX designer who understands how to blend aesthetics usability and datadriven design to create an engaging experience that people love to use.
You will:
- Lead the endtoend design process for our app from concept to execution.
- Craft intuitive visually appealing UI while ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
- Build and maintain a design system that scales across multiple platforms.
- Develop highfidelity prototypes in Figma Framer (or similar tools) to bring concepts to life.
- Collaborate closely with engineers product managers and health experts to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and optimize design solutions.
- Translate complex health data into easytounderstand visualizations that empower users.
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and designing functional highperforming mobile apps.
- Mastery of Figma (and ideally tools like Framer etc.).
- Exceptional communication skillsyou can clearly articulate design decisions collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and present your work with confidence.
- Experience in designing complex datadriven applications.
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive highimpact design solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindsetyou take ownership think strategically and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
- Passion for health tech and innovation.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- A creative problemsolver with a growth mindset high adaptability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience collaborating with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Knowledge in Behavioral Change Design and Data Visualization is a plus.
