Education/Experience and Other Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Valid drivers license reliable form of transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

What Youll Do

• Design implement and monitor skillacquisition and behaviorreduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavioranalytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g. preference assessment functional assessment staff performance assessment etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
