Job Description

Position: Program Manager NonValidation

Location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)

Job Type: Full Time

Exp: 1015 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop frameworks to execute the delivery of programs with the appropriate level of process.
  • Work crossfunctionally to develop best practices in a dynamic environment to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables including specifications and test plans.
  • Manage complex business problems in terms of people processes and technology to enable organizational priorities and deliver bestinclass partner experiences.
  • Develop schedules identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of partner programs.
  • Manage communication within and between business leaders across business and technology groups.
  • Plan scope and feature set of programs with engineering and business partners.
  • Own the outcomes by being the face of the program or programs managed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of hardware product or program management experience.
  • Experience delivering hardware products or enterprise technical programs from inception to delivery.
  • Knowledge of user needs gathering requirements and defining scope.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with and advising technical product teams.
  • Organizational coordination and multitasking experience.
  • Analytical and problemsolving experience with largescale systems.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in hardware engineering product management or technical program management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of computer systems software architecture and technology trends.
  • Program Management: Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time and with high quality.
  • Leadership: Experience leading crossfunctional teams and influencing stakeholders.
