- Implement Standard Operating Procedures for adherence to quality and safety.
- Oversee daily job site activities managing teams according to project plans.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to support team performance.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Management team.
- Address challenges collaboratively and promptly.
Leadership:
- Encourage team goal achievement.
- Mentor and connect with field and office teams.
- Support continuous education and learning.
- Use MS Project to create and implement the Project Baseline Schedule.
- Update the MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the team.
- Provide weekly updates for a threeweek lookahead schedule.
- Establish project benchmarks and integrate them into the baseline schedule.
- Implement the DellbrookJKS QAQC SOP to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor performance for quality compliance.
Safety:
- Schedule safety preconstruction meetings for subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and projectspecific safety plans.
- Review the project site regularly to ensure safety protocol adherence.
Requirements
- Experience as a lead Construction Superintendent in MultiFamily Wood Frame Healthcare or Commercial projects.
- Understanding of construction processes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
Experience in Construction Management with a focus on project scheduling. MUST HAVE: Full cycle project scheduling (beginning to end). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques. Desire and ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to understand construction plans and specifications. Role is and in-person, in-office and requires occasional project site visits throughout the state of Massachussetts.
