Requirements
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on driving app downloads and increasing engagement.
Plan schedule and publish posts to grow online engagement and foster community interaction.
Leverage storytelling and visual content to create excitement and buzz around our app.
Monitor and analyze social media trends algorithms and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Respond to comments and messages to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
Stay uptodate with social media trends platform updates and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams influencers and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to our social media efforts.
Skillss And Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably managing social media accounts for brands.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
Excellent writing editing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social etc.).
Ability to analyze trends social psychology algorithms and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Creativity and expertise in visual storytelling and content creation.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Plan and run marketing campaigns using social media, email, SEO, and ads. Analyze campaign results and make changes to improve performance. Study trends in the market and keep up with marketing best practices. Help run paid ad campaigns to attract more users. Skills & Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field. 1 year of experience in digital or growth marketing. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads. Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Strong data analysis skills to improve campaigns. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus. Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in growth marketing or digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of marketing automation and lead generation tools is a plus.
