Responsibilities:
- Credentialing and onboarding contract and state employees
- Calling references for credentialing
- Manage and maintain the Nurse Managers schedule
- Prepare agendas and attend meetings to record minutes
- Compile transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Process payroll information
- Do related work as required
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Outlook)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Previous experience in administrative setting preferred
- Previous human resources experience a plus
Full Medical Onboarding required however no N95 or CPR required.
