Sales Executive Enterprise Modernization with AI Solutions

Position Overview
Join SoftSols sales team as a key early sales hire helping drive the launch of our new AIpowered modernization platform. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of enterprise modernization working closely with our Executive Team and product teams. Unlike larger tech companies youll have significant autonomy and direct influence on product direction and gotomarket strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Market Development: Own the complete sales cycle for SoftSols AI modernization platform. Work with executive team to create gotomarket strategies and build the initial reference customer base.
- Strategic Sales: Leverage your network to close early adopter deals lead proofofconcept implementations and build business cases showing ROI for modernization.
- Customer & Product Success: Collaborate with executive team and engineering to guide product direction. Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise decisionmakers and refine sales playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- Enterprise Sales Leader: Proven track record in Enterprise Software/SaaS/AI sales with ability to drive and close deals independently.
- New Product Launch Expert: Success in launching new products (from zero to $5M in sales) and managing the full gotomarket process.
- Quota Crusher: History of exceeding sales quotas in earlystage products or new market initiatives.
- Network Builder: Strong network of enterprise technology decisionmakers and proven ability to leverage it for new product adoption.
- SelfDriven Entrepreneur: Ability to take full ownership build strategies and execute autonomously.
- FastPaced Operator: Demonstrated success in dynamic environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
