JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Specialist
LOCATION: Mukilteo WA

Summary:

Open and close the store
-
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through toptier service

Meet monthly quarterly and yearly sales goals

Respond to customer and stakeholder emails and inquiries

Process POS transactions and merchandise returns
-
Manage freight and interstore markdown transfers
-
Maintain organized stockroom and prepare store inventory

Prepare and process customer orders

Assist in identifying and resolving customer needs
Required Skills:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience)
-
1 year of related work experience (or equivalent)
