Title: Sr. Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid @Chicago IL (Initial 3 weeks onsite. Later as in when required.)
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales marketing customer service and other areas of customer engagement.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CE that meet the client s business needs. Create functional design documents including configuration customization and integration requirements.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to implement the designed solutions. This may include entity customization business process flow design workflow automation and UI customization.
- Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems such as ERP systems marketing automation platforms and thirdparty applications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and fulfill the business requirements.
- Training and User Adoption: Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Create training materials and documentation as needed.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CE solutions including troubleshooting issues implementing enhancements and performing regular system updates and patches.
- Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes enhance system performance and optimize user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions including Sales Marketing and Customer Service modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with data migration integration and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
