Job Description

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Functional Analyst to support a key client in Washington DC. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing configuring and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a primary focus on payroll and time management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration provide expertlevel troubleshooting and drive continuous improvements in SAP functionality. This position requires deep experience working with union organizations labor relations and business analytics to optimize HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
  • Design configure and implement SAP HCM solutions focusing on payroll and time management modules.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
  • Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM modules.
  • Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications process flows and user guides.
  • Train and support endusers to maximize the utilization of SAP HCM modules.
  • Stay current with SAP updates enhancements and best practices to improve system performance and functionality.
  • Lead and participate in SAP HCMrelated projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with a focus on payroll and time management.
  • At least 8 years of experience working with union organizations.
  • Strong understanding of labor relations time and leave configurations.
  • Preferred experience in human resources processes and HRIS systems.
  • Business analytics expertise required.
