Writing and maintaining user guides integration guides API developer guides and
other forms of documentation to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
Conducting indepth research on industryrelated topics to develop original content
for blogs articles product descriptions social media and company websites.
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns and
proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Preparing reviewing revising and maintaining technical documents including
system operations testing and user documentation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Information Systems Information Technology
Computer Science or other related disciplines.
15 years of proven experience in writing technical documentation in ERP domain
Understand and explain complex technical concepts
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
Excellent technical writing skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Solid grip on documentation publishing software such as Zendesk Guide Camtasia
SnagIt and other software
Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
