Years of Experience: 8 years

Fine Lead Technology is looking for a FullFledged Accountant to handle all accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial transactions maintaining accurate records preparing reports and overseeing daytoday financial operations. This role demands proficiency in accounting software excellent attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record Maintenance:
  • Manage daytoday accounting activities including accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records journals and ledgers in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounting system (e.g. Tally SAP or others).
2. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports for management review.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
3. Taxation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns TDS returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with tax laws handling tax audits and assessments as required.
  • Stay uptodate with changes in taxation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
4. Bank and Cash Reconciliation:
  • Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations ensuring that all payments receipts and transactions are properly accounted for.
  • Ensure the accuracy of bank account balances and proper tracking of financial transactions.
5. Payroll Processing:
  • Assist in the payroll process ensuring timely disbursement of salaries deductions for Provident Fund (PF) Professional Tax (PT) and other statutory contributions.
  • Prepare and file necessary payrollrelated tax returns.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Monitor expenditure and recommend costsaving measures to management.
7. Internal Controls and Audit:
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial resources.
  • Assist with internal and external audits providing required documents and reports.
  • Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
8. Vendor and Client Management:
  • Manage vendor accounts ensuring timely payments and maintaining good vendor relationships.
  • Handle client accounts ensuring timely invoicing and receipts.
Skills and Qualifications: Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) Accounting or Finance.

  • Professional certifications such as CA (Inter) CMA or CPA are a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting including handson experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.

  • Proven experience in managing the full accounting cycle including monthend and yearend closing.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally SAP QuickBooks or similar.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables Vlookups data analysis).

  • Indepth understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST TDS etc.).

Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proactive and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
